Solstice Snow 2008 - Page 1 (page 2)
Hornby, like all of Canada, was blanketed in white for the 2009 holiday season. For those that were on Hornby it was dazzling and somewhat overwhelming as many made the decision to forgoe travelling and stay at home. We hunkered down and waited for the roads to be cleared, having a glass of cheer when we weren't shovelling driveways, walkways and roofs. Blue skies and a landscape transformed. Stunning while it lasted, but most are happy to see the green of grass!
