jennifer armstrong - Island Yoga

jennifer was introduced to yoga over 17 years ago, here on Hornby Island. Since that time she has had the opportunity to study with such recognized Iyengar, Ashtanga & Yin Yoga teachers as Faeq Biria, David Swenson, Paul Grilley and extensively with Shirley Daventry-French. Also a practitioner of Vipassana meditation for over 15 years, jennifer's teaching style combines her knowledge of precise alignment & inward focus with her natural enthusiasm, creating a way to safely discover joy and ease in the practice.

Summer Schedule

All classes take place in the Sandpiper Meadow at the foot of Sandpiper Road

Tuesdays & Fridays - Hatha Yoga, all levels & beginners
9 - 10:30am
Thursday - Flow Yoga, intermediate
9 - 10:30am

all classes are weather dependent, please dress in layers and bring a yoga mat and blanket.

$10-$15 drop-in or $60-$75 per month unlimited clasess.

jennifer is available to lead private 1-on-1 or group sessions, either in studio or on location.
