Vaughn Neville
Born in Hamilton, Ontario, in 1948, Vaughn is a man obsessed by painting.
He has lived on Hornby for 35 years and is a gardener, musician, woodchopper,
builder and all round transformer of materials. He paints daily. His paintings
are energetic, expressive, gestural and layered. He loves painting in his
outdoor studio in the summer, where he welcomes visitors by appointment.
His paintings are in private and corporate collections throughout the world.
Vaughn shares his life on Hornby with his wife, Susan Cain, who is also
an artist.
